You will receive an email from after the application has been processed.

Applications will be processed and will receive a monthly invoice via Quickbooks.

All monthly membership require a bank ACH form to be filled out. All Prices will have tax added.



  • Effective January 2018 Billing statements for the current month will be emailed within the first five business days of the month.

  • If the credit card charges cannot be processed, the office staff will make every effort to notify the Member of the past due balance.

  • A late fee ($35) will be applied after 60 days of no payment.

  • If the balance is not brought current by the end of the following month, Membership privileges will be suspended until the account becomes current.

  • A suspended Member can be reinstated when all past due charges are paid in full.

  • Legal action to collect an outstanding balance of a terminated Member will be pursued.

  • Annual dues may be subject to adjustments by the Board of Governors.
